Friday Night Bookings
Our Friday Night Bookings are ideal for business outings, high-school formal events, church hayrides, and other family-friendly events. Bookings occur just after closing the farm to the public. The Farm can serve as just a venue for tables and chairs, or we can have some of our attractions still open. Details are negotiated after submitting a Booking Request.
Booking Information and Instructions:

A $500 deposit will be due 1 week before the event date. The price to book will be invoiced according to catering needs and attractions you might wish to remain open after our normal business hours.

Pumpkin Creek Farms is a private, family friendly venue, and alcohol is not served on our property. Please keep in mind, our farm is also our family's home!

Some events include: business outings, high-school formal events, and church hayrides.

We do not book weddings at this time.

Chairs, a tent, and catering can be provided if needed.

Our event manager will discuss what needs your event might have and if we are able to accommodate them fully. Some of our attractions may be open. Please let us know beforehand any expectations your group might have so that we can schedule staff. (i.e. a hayride, the corn maze, or shopping at the country store.)

This form is a Request to Book and is not a binding contract. Our Event Coordinator will respond back to this request within 48 hours. Filling out this form does not guarantee a booking for the requested date.

The Farm is our home, so we have the right to accept or decline Friday night booking requests as appropriate for our family's schedule and needs.
